Masterclass Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Twin Flora x Moments and Memories Masterclass, attendees agree to the following terms:

Minimum Attendance Requirement
A minimum of 15 tickets must be sold for the Masterclass to proceed. Twin Flora and Moments & Memories reserve the right to cancel the event and issue full refunds if the minimum number of attendees is not reached. All registered attendees will be notified promptly in the event of a cancellation.

No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee only with prior written approval from Twin Flora. Transfers must be requested via email no later than 14 days before the event date.

Filming & Photography Consent
This event will be filmed and photographed for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. By attending, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded and grant full rights for these materials to be used by Twin Flora and Moments and Memories.

Access to Digital Course Material
All participants will receive access to a digital course recap, including technique breakdowns from the Masterclass. Access will be granted post-event via email. as soon as the course has been developed and ready to be launched.

Dietary Requirements
Lunch will be provided on both days. Please notify us of any dietary requirements no later than July 1st, 2025 via email to ensure appropriate catering can be arranged.

Dress Code
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe footwear suitable for long hours of standing and hands-on work. This is a practical, design-focused session—comfort is key!
